Parsley
Full of flavour and easy to dry. Plain leaf parsley is easy to wash and very easy to grow. Preferred by many over curled leaf parsley. Known to be rich in vitamins A, B and C with the minerals iodine, magnesium and iron. It has flattened, dark green leaves which can be used to flavour salads, sauces, butters and soups. Add as a garnish or to flavour hot or cold dishes.
